That&#8217;s it, really.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Theme to install:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/woodwardtw\/alt-lab-canvas-clone\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/github.com\/woodwardtw\/alt-lab-canvas-clone\" target=\"_blank\">Alt Lab Canvas Clone<\/a> (Github &#8211; needs to be manually installed)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plugins to install:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/h5p\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/h5p\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H5P WordPress<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/capability-manager-enhanced\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/capability-manager-enhanced\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PublishPress Capabilities<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/view-admin-as\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/view-admin-as\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">View Admin As&#8230;<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Steps to get it working:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Activate all the plugins above<ul><li>For H5P, you&#8217;ll need to download and install every content type you want to use under the H5P Hub, which you&#8217;ll be prompted to use upon your first visit to the H5P section.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Activate Alt Lab Canvas Theme<\/li><li>Set default user role as &#8216;Contributor&#8217; through Settings &gt; General &gt; &#8216;New User Default Role&#8217;<\/li><li>Set up Capabilities under the &#8216;Capabilities&#8217; subsection under &#8216;Contributor&#8217; with the following checked:<ul><li> edit h5p contents<\/li><li>h5p capabilities<\/li><li>view h5p contents<\/li><li>view others h5p contents<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Create a test user with the Contributor role.<\/li><li>Test functionality with View Admin As&#8230; OR Test functionality by logging in as your test user.<\/li><li>Populate your site with pages like this one &#8211; feel free to &#8216;Save as&#8217; any images or copy any text you like\ud83d\udc4d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: Some Learning Management Systems \/ Virtual Learning Environments have permissions restrictions for students posting &lt;iframe&gt; or &lt;script&gt; tags within discussion forums or other areas.
